About Us
The Brazilian Cheese Bread Company is owned and operated by Yara Oliveira and her two daughters, Manuella and Isis Andrade. We are a completely family owned and operated business, based in Vallejo, California.


The idea originated when Yara's daycare kids and their parents could not get enough of her tasty little Brazilian cheese breads always on the table at Yara's house. Motivated by a new entrepreneural itch, Yara decided to start the Brazilian Cheese Bread Company. The company now manufactures a line of delicious frozen gluten free, yeast free, sugar free cheese bread rolls, pizza crusts, pizzas and chicken tortes. These products, which used to be found only at farmers markets in the Bay Area, are now available at grocery stores across California. Check out our vendors.
Since our products are naturally wheat-free gluten-free, sugar-free and yeast-free, they are ideal for individuals with gluten intolerance, yeast intolerance and celiac disease. To find out more about celiac disease click here.
