Italian Pizza | Mexican Pizza | Asian Pizza

Italian Pizza Recipe(Vanessa Maltin and Edgar Steele, NFCA)
Ingredients:

1 Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
-
1 tbsp. basil leaves
-
2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
-
1 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
-
2 garlic cloves
-
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
-
1/4 cup chopped red onion
-
1/2 tsp. chopped serranos
-
14 cup chopped green pepper
-
6 tomatoes
-
1 tbsp. chopped oregano
-
1 tbsp chopped thyme
-
1 tbsp. chopped basil
-
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Directions for the sauce:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil and salt. Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet and into oven. Roast tomatoes for 1 hour. In a sauce pot, sauté the garlic, red onion, serranos, and green pepper in olive oil. Add roasted tomatoes to sautéed vegetables. Allow this mixture to simmer for an hour and a half. Add oregano, thyme, basil and cilantro to the tomato mixture.
Directions for the pizza:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a spoon, spread a generous portion of sauce onto Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell. Place basil leaves, mushrooms and pepperoni evenly on top of sauce. Top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Mexican Pizza Recipe (Vanessa Maltin and Edgar Steele, NFCA)
Ingredients:

1 Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell

1 8-oz can enchilada sauce
-
1 8-oz can refried beans
-
1/2 avocado
-
2 tbsp cilantro leaves
-
1 ear corn kernels
-
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
-
1 lime
-
1 disc ibarra mexican chocolate
-
1/4 cup mixture of jack ad cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread an even layer of enchilada sauce on Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell, leaving half-inch border. Next, spread refried beans onto crust. Apply toppings as desired and top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Asian Pizza Recipe (Vanessa Maltin and Edgar Steele, NFCA)
Ingredients:

1 Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell

1 bottle Simply Asia's Sweet red chili sauce
-
1 bottle Simply Asias green curry paste
-
1 lime
-
1/2 cup grated fresh mozzarella cheese
-
1 tbsp. chopped basil
-
1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushroom caps
-
1/4 cup shrimp tails, peeled
-
2 scallions, chopped thin
-
1 tsp. chopped ginger
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together 2 tablespoons of the sweet red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of curry paste, and the juice of one lime together. Spread this mixture over dough, leaving half inch border. |

Place the chopped basil, mushrooms, shrimp and ginger on the Brazilian Cheese Bread Pizza Shell. Top with cheese. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove pizza from the oven and sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
